About The Program
DAY 1
Welcome to the very first day of AESCAP! We have an exciting day filled with insightful lectures, engaging presentations and informative discussions ahead of us!
Below is the detailed schedule for the participants to help guide you through the event:
We will kick-start the day with breakfast, followed by registrations. Next, join us for a keynote address delivered by our distinguished speaker and an opening session from the Head Of the Department of Physics at Delhi Technological University. Then, we will dive into an insightful and enlightening speaker session that will cover various topics in Quantum Physics and Technology. After this, we will take a quick break to recharge and network over a cup of tea. Moving forward, we will continue with our experience with thought-provoking talks presented by PhD scholars, showcasing their respective research work in this field. Then, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch while engaging in conversations with peers and experts. After lunch, we will continue with our schedule, which will include a compelling discussion led by experts, addressing key issues such as gender representation in STEM.
Lastly, we will end our day with a short tea break before we unwind with a fun and exciting social event (For the social events of this day, please refer below).

For Day 2, An excursion is planned for the international participants by AESCAP OC. Get ready to explore the capital of India, a fun and exhilarating day filled with tour, beauty and food!

DAY 3
Now, we begin the third day of AESCAP. Just like the first day, we will start with a warm welcome over breakfast and registrations, allowing participants to settle in and network before diving into the sessions. This will be followed by an enlightening HOD session, setting the tone for the day ahead.
Next, we will move on to two theory lecture sessions where our esteemed guest professors will give insightful lectures on the recent different in the field of Quantum Computing, Technology and Physics. This will be followed by a hands-on session where our participants will also learn how researchers deal with real-world problems.
Following this, we will take a break for a delightful lunch, providing an excellent opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with fellow participants and experts, followed by much awaited student lectures. The afternoon will continue with an interactive poster presentation session with the tea session, where students will have the opportunity to not only display their research work but also enjoy a fresh cup of tea.
To conclude the formal schedule, we will unwind with a social event, creating a space for informal interactions and networking. As the night sets in, for those who wish to continue their experience, we have arranged an optional stargazing session, offering a chance to explore the wonders of the cosmos .

DAY 4
The final day of AESCAP begins with participant registration and a welcoming breakfast, setting the stage for an insightful day. This is followed by a session led by the Head of the Department, marking the last formal address of the event. A distinguished professor will then deliver a thought-provoking lecture, followed by an engaging hands-on workshop designed to provide practical learning experiences.
After a short tea break, the event continues with student lectures, where participants present their research. This is followed by international student talks, offering a global perspective on emerging topics. A lunch break provides a chance to relax and connect with fellow attendees before moving into an interactive panel discussion featuring experts in the field.
As the day winds down, an evening tea break offers a moment to refresh before a lively social event. The event concludes with a valedictory session, where final remarks and acknowledgments are shared, ending with a closing note to bid farewell on a memorable note.
